Storage and retention

Order and enquiry records are stored on our protected server. Uploaded files are kept outside the public website directory. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations.

Browser preferences and analytics

Your shopping bag, wishlist, recently viewed references, display currency and theme preference may be stored in your browser. We use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand site performance and qualified engagement; analytics data does not include payment proof or form message content.

Sharing and direct contact services

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the store, communicate with you or deliver an order. Opening WhatsApp or Telegram takes you to that service and is governed by its own privacy terms.
