CLIENT SERVICES
A few things worth knowing.
Choosing a reference, checking the build and understanding your order. Start here.
Are these authentic brand-manufactured watches?
No. This catalogue presents replica watch references. WatchesForMen is independent and is not affiliated with or authorised by the original watch manufacturers.
How do I choose the right reference?
Start with your preferred case shape, dial colour and budget. Use the catalogue filters, save a shortlist and ask for the case dimensions and movement specification of the exact build before ordering.
What happens after I submit an order?
Your order request is stored securely and delivered to the concierge team. We then contact you to confirm availability, delivery details, the final amount and payment instructions. No card or account is charged when the request is submitted.
Which payment methods can I choose?
The checkout lets you express a preference for Wise, Western Union, Remitly, international bank transfer, local bank transfer, a business bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Availability and final recipient details must be confirmed by the team.
Can I use a credit or debit card?
Wise, Western Union and Remitly may support card-funded transfers depending on the service, country and transaction. Check eligibility, fees and limits directly in the service before making a transfer.
Can I see quality-control photos?
Ask the concierge for the current photographs and available QC checks for the exact piece allocated to your order. Catalogue images illustrate the reference; they do not replace an inspection of your allocated watch.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery options depend on destination and availability. Request a written shipping estimate, tracking arrangements and any destination-specific conditions before you confirm your order.
What is the returns and warranty policy?
Ask for the applicable warranty period, exclusions, return eligibility and return procedure in writing before payment. Do not send a watch back without return instructions.
Can I swim with the watch?
Do not assume a model name or a dial marking is a verified water-resistance rating for a replica. Ask for evidence for the specific piece; avoid swimming and showering until suitability has been confirmed.
How should I care for the watch?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, protect it from shocks and strong magnetic fields, and avoid operating the crown or pushers in water. Follow the movement-specific setting instructions provided with the watch.
